As we move forward with technology advancements, it is crucial for recruiters and employers to maintain a polished and updated profile on all Social Media outlets.

Mobile Recruiting: 77% of job seekers are currently using mobile job search applications in the midst of their job search. Branding: Due to the high volume of review based sites and other online directories, candidates are more aware of company history, culture, structure of salary, and benefits before they even walk through the front door. According to Glassdoor, 90% of job seekers read reviews of the company before accepting the job offer. Reviews are constantly being posted on hundreds of online directories such as Yelp, Facebook, Indeed, Google, etc.

Big Data & Big Talent: As the bar continues to rise for the latest and greatest technology advancements, so does the talent of potential job candidates.
