New to the Digital Recruiting World…

Recruiting, along with everything else, has gone digital.  But the digital world is constantly growing and shifting, so don’t get too comfortable with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.  Using a diverse group of tools will maximize your success.  Here are a few new to the scene, worth checking out.

  • Rerisa leverages the LinkedIn ecosystem to help professionals build detailed expertise profiles. It’s a great way for recruiters to connect with experts in even the most obscure niches.
  • Giver is a gamification platform for onboarding workers.  The fact that onboarding can take the form of a digital game makes it appealing and relevant to today’s workers, and that much more likely to be effective.
  • Goalee is a new site that pulls and organizes data from LinkedIn and Facebook, making it easier to identify candidates.
  • JobVidi is a social network that integrates with LinkedIn and lets recruiters post job updates directly from LinkedIn or Twitter, instantly obtaining a list of candidates who match a search criteria.

Have you used any of the digital tools mentioned? Let us know what you think!
